The whole valley on a platter. Thanks to our central location, all possibilities are open to you. Whether hiking, climbing, swimming, cycling or in winter skiing, tobogganing, ski touring, ..... you are spoiled for choice.

The bus stop, to Zell and Gerlos, is just 50 Meters away from the hous. You can reach all the major ski areas and cable cars in the Zillertal by car in just a few minutes.

The Gerlossteinbahn is only 500m away from our house and is known as a cozy family-friendly ski area. There are hardly any overcrowded slopes and waiting times here, and it is also home to the longest floodlit toboggan run in the Zillertal.

In summer, the area around Gerlosstein attracts visitors with beautiful hiking trails, the via ferrata and the Almflieger (Flying Fox)

Whether at breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine, enjoy the view of the Zillertal mountains from your private balcony or terrace.

These are equipped with plenty of seating and in summer with deckchairs and parasols!

The little ones are also catered for: free crib, changing mat, diaper pail and high chair by prior arrangement.

Dogs are very welcome. However, we ask for your understanding that this is limited to 1 dog per apartment and this may not remain alone in the apartment.

Our house is located in Hainzenberg, only 3.5 km from Zell am Ziller, the heart of the Zillertal Arena

Arrive by Car

Inntalautobahn (A12) - exit Zillertal, federal road B 169, leave the B 169 at the exit Zell am Ziller Mitte and drive in the direction of Gerlospass. After about 3km you reach the district Unterberg/Hainzenberg you will find our house after the 6th turn, opposite the bus stop on the right side
